The Toolkit is a fit-out house in Al Quoz 2 – a design studio, an approvals desk and a joinery workshop under one roof, carrying homes, restaurants and commercial floors from the first drawing to the final key. One contract holds all of it, and one person answers for it, the way it has been since 2016.
People who hand you their home want two things: to be told what will happen, and then to watch it happen. So that is how the house runs – plain answers, quiet sites, a programme kept the way a promise is kept, and a finish that never needs pointing at.

Nine Doors Into One House
Everything below happens under our contract and most of it under our roof – drawn in the studio, cut in the Al Quoz workshop, fixed by crews who answer to the same site manager. Choose the door that matches the work in front of you; behind all of them is the same team.
Two villas, a penthouse and two restaurants stand on the record – shown whole, phase by phase, decision by decision. Five rooms told completely say more about a builder than fifty told in passing; these are the ones we are willing to be judged by.

Since 2016
We Have Probably Met
Perhaps at dinner in the highest restaurant on earth, or over a slow coffee in the café you think of as yours – our work was already in the room, and we never said a word. The Toolkit began in 2016 building and keeping the kitchens behind rooms this city knows by name: the least forgiving rooms in the trade, where late is another word for never.
Ten years of homes, restaurants and offices later, the habit has not changed. The founder still prices every job, still walks every site, and no contract leaves this house without his signature on it – a rule carried over from a first career spent keeping the affairs of people who trust almost no one completely.
Every project, whatever its size, walks the same five rooms in the same order. The sequence is the reason our sites stay quiet – and the reason the finish can be promised in writing before the first wall moves.

The Bench Behind Every Room
Most fit-out firms buy their joinery and hope. Ours comes downstairs. Warehouse 6 holds the saws, the veneer press and the finishing room, so the wardrobe promised on a drawing is cut, checked and fitted by the same few hands – twenty minutes from your door. A decade with the same timber suppliers means material arrives as specified, and when a detail can be made better than it was drawn, you hear it from the bench first, not from the site later.
For the trade
Designers and main contractors use the bench too. Bring drawings and they are built as drawn, your details stay your property, and anything that needs resolving reaches you early – with a proposal attached, never a problem alone.
