What should I send you first?
Whatever you have. A floor plan is gold, a lease tells us the rules we will build under, and photographs tell us the truth of the space. If all you have is the address and an idea, that is genuinely enough – the survey does the rest.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. The first conversation and the site walk cost nothing but time. If a scope needs measured drawings before it can be priced honestly, we agree that step with you before anyone lifts a tape.
Do you take on small jobs?
Our contract suits room-scale work and upward – a kitchen, a dressing room, a floor, a house. For a single door or a repair we will happily point you to the right hands; it is quicker for you and honest of us.
